Who is Rikisha?
I am a confident and happy-go-lucky person who enjoys working as a team player and who loves being around people.
How would you describe yourself in one word?
Hard worker. I like to keep myself busy and accept new challenges both in my work life and home life. I feel accomplishment when I complete tasks before the deadline.
What is your position at Ben-Mor, and what are your duties?
My position at Ben-Mor is a round sling sewer. My duties include sewing the slings that are given to me in a quick and timely manner without jeopardizing the quality of my work. Also, I am responsible for doing QA (quality assurance) checks before my slings are sent off to the packing department.
What do you like the most about working at Ben-Mor?
The working environment at Ben-Mor is very friendly and inclusive. We work as a team. Everyone is always ready to help each other, and the Team Leads and Management are always there to guide and support all the employees.
How long have you been working at Ben-Mor?
I have been with Ben-Mor for almost 2 years.
What are your favourite hobbies?
My favourite hobbies are cooking and decorating. I really enjoy cooking for my family and friends and making new dishes for them to try. I also really enjoy decorating my home. I am always looking for new ideas.
Do you have any hidden talent?
Yes. I am very good at solving math problems.
